Tentative Program

ICOHT 2027 is planned as a multi-session international conference combining keynote addresses, academic presentations, industry dialogue, workshops, poster sessions, networking, and publication support. The schedule below is a structural outline only.

Important Note:
This is the tentative program for the International Conference on Hospitality and Tourism 2027 and is subject to revisions. Sessions, timings, and speakers may be updated as the conference approaches to ensure the highest quality and alignment with participant needs.

Program Slot Policy

  • Once the official program is released, participants will not be able to change their allocated slots.
  • To ensure accuracy, the program will be updated, reviewed, corrected, and shared with all participants before finalization.

Timeline for Slot Confirmation:

  • 15th June 2027: Slot allocation, participant review, and confirmation period. Participants may request adjustments only within this timeframe.
  • Remaining slots may be assigned, but no changes will be accepted for previously confirmed slots.
     (Within this one-month period after confirmation, the program will remain fixed and unchanged.)

Important: Once the final program is published, no additional oral presentation slots will be allocated; only poster presentation slots may be assigned thereafter.
