Abstract Submission Guidelines
ICOHT 2027 journey starts with one account and one integrated platform. Through the TIIKM Conference Management System, can submit your abstract, your submission get reviewed and evaluated through the system, and connect with fellow participants at the conference time — all in one place.
Please review the following guidelines before you begin your submission.
Before You Submit
Please have the following information ready:
- Your personal and institutional details
- Presentation preference: Oral or Poster
- Author category: Delegate or Student
- Participation category
- Research title and conference track
- Abstract
- Keywords
- Presenting author biography
- Co-author details (if applicable)
- Registration ID, reference code, or promo code, if applicable
How to Submit Your Abstract
Abstract Submission Made Easy: Quick Guide

Access the Submission Portal
Click the “ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PORTAL” button on the ICOHT 2027 conference website.

Create or Access Your Account
Enter your email address and click Search.
- New participants: You will be guided to create an author profile.
- Returning participants: Your existing TIIKM profile will be recognized automatically. You can update your details and proceed with your new submission.
- Select the “Presenter Registration” to submit your abstract.

Complete Your Profile
Enter your personal and institutional details, then proceed to the next step.

Select Your Participation Details
Choose your preferences for:
- Participant Mode
- Presentation Mode – Oral / Poster
- Author Category – Delegate / Student
- Participation Category

Provide Additional Information
Complete the remaining information, including:
- Registration ID / Reference Code / Promo Code (if applicable)
- How you heard about the conference
- Special requirements or requests
- Reasons for attending

Enter Your Research Details
- Be 175–275 words
- Be written as one paragraph
- Contain no headings or subheadings
- Clearly present your objectives, methodology, findings, and significance

Add Co-Authors
If your research has co-authors:
- Click “Add Co-Author.”
- Search for the co-author using their email address.
- If they already have a TIIKM profile, their details will be populated automatically.
- If they do not have a profile, enter their details manually.

Review & Submit
Before submitting, carefully review all the information you have entered.
Once everything is correct, click “Submit.”
You will receive an immediate confirmation email after your submission is successfully completed.

To submit an abstract, click the “Submit Abstract” button on the conference website and select “Presenter Registration.” You will then be guided through account creation or access to your existing TIIKM profile (already registered participant for a previous conference), followed by the abstract submission process.
If you are a new participant, you will be guided to create your TIIKM profile. If you have previously participated in a TIIKM conference, your existing profile will be recognized when you enter your email address. You can review or update your details and proceed with your new submission.
If you need to make changes after submission, please check your submission status in the system. If editing is available, you can update your submission through your account. If you are unable to edit it, please contact the Conference Secretariat for assistance.
Yes. Your TIIKM account can be used across conferences available through the TIIKM Conference Management System. You can access the relevant conference and submit a separate abstract according to its submission requirements.
Log in to your TIIKM Conference Management System account to view your submission details and status. Your submission will also go through the review and evaluation process within the system.
Once you successfully submit your abstract, you will receive an immediate confirmation email. Your submission will then proceed through the conference’s review and evaluation process. You can follow the progress of your submission through the secretariate secretariat@mediaconference.co
The review and evaluation of your submission are managed through the TIIKM Conference Management System. Once the review is completed you`ll receive a mail automatically and through the secretariate.
Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder first. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, verify your submission status by logging into your TIIKM account. If you need further assistance, contact the Conference Secretariat.
